The HVAC Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs on residential heating and cooling systems. This role focuses on ensuring systems operate efficiently while identifying potential issues and recommending service solutions to homeowners.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform seasonal HVAC maintenance and tune-ups.
• Inspect systems for wear, efficiency, and potential issues.
• Clean and adjust system components including coils, filters, and electrical connections.
• Identify repair needs and communicate findings to customers.
• Document maintenance services and recommendations in ServiceTitan or company software.
• Ensure maintenance agreements are fulfilled and properly recorded.
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners during service visits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years HVAC experience preferred.
• Familiarity with residential HVAC systems and preventative maintenance procedures.
• EPA Certification preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay: $24.42 – $30.82 per hour

Expected hours: 9.0 per week
